Investor Communications for Hexagon
Hexagon is a leading global provider of measurement and visualization technologies to design, measure and position objects and to process and present data. Hexagon has 12,000 employees in more than 40 countries and net sales of approximately SEK 2 200 million.
We at AlertIR help Hexagon to maintain, develop and update the Investor and Press sections of the site since 2006. We do it partly by automatic features such as archives, share graph, insiders as well as manual procedures in areas such as corporate governance. Last spring it was decided to do a major upgrade and redesign of the website with the new company branding and new financial targets. AlertIR was assigned to do the Investors and Press sections corresponding other parts of the website project.
Hexagon launched its new website in June 2011. The new IR and press sections are in contrast to the old ones built by us with the open-source platform Drupal, which gives Hexagon great opportunities to take care of the content.

Alert IR delivers innovative solutions to in a better way present the Investor's financial performance. Among other things, Investor AB has a function for presentation of the total return, which brings the best presentation of the development of a company´s shares. Alert IR has also delivered a new function that presents Investor's financial performance in graphs and figures. The function presents the Investor's key figures and accounts, interactive charts, tables and download data in MS Excel.

Website for Rottneros
Rottneros AB is an independent and flexible supplier of high quality pulp. The company has a production capacity of 400,000 tonnes of pulp per year at two mills in Sweden. Rottneros has about 300 employees and generated sales of approximately SEK 1.7 billion in 2010.
In autumn 2010, Rottneros decided to have a new website for the group and the project was assigned to Alert IR. The mission consisted of project management, design, Web consulting and implementation of Alert IRs investor services. By Alert IRs concept, Rottneros can, time and cost effectively get a competitive website that meets the expectations of a listed company. The site was launched in December 2010 and the result was a cost-effective site with content management based on Drupal, which is distributed as free open source software which means that there is no license fee. Alert IRs implementation of automated investor services reduces manual update work.
The project also included new design, implementation of statistical tools, design and content management tools.
